energy drawings

All energy drawings and gifts with their images can be purchased by selecting the "order gift items" link on each drawing's detail page.

original artwork
Most of the original drawings are available for sale. You will receive the signed artwork, matted in archival-quality materials and ready for framing. You will own this original piece of art, but not the rights to the image itself.

fine art prints
Fine art prints of all the energy drawings are available in either 8.5"x11" or 11"x14". The prints are made on heavy-weight, photo-quality paper, with archival-quality ink. Each print which will be signed and packaged in a protective plastic sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backing and shipped in a padded envelope.

greeting cards
Greeting cards of all the energy drawings available in as 5.5" x 8.5" folded cards printed on heavy-weight, photo-quality paper with archival-quality ink. These cards are also suitable for framing!

t-shirts
T-shirts featuring the energy drawings are available in sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL. They are white, 100% cotton and a nice medium weight.

how to order
order online:
I use PayPal for secure online ordering. You can make secure online payments using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or bank account.Click for more info.

On the closeup page for each item, click on the "add to cart" button. A PayPal shopping cart page will pop up showing your selection. From the shopping cart page you can select "continue shopping," which will take you back to this website. Or click "proceed to checkout," which will take you to the secure purchase page. Once your order has been received I will contact you with a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be shipped within 3 days.

order by phone, or mail:
If you prefer to not use PayPal you may place an order by phone or mail and pay by check or money order (US funds). For check payments, I will wait until your check clears to ship your order.

For orders received by phone, I will put the requested item(s) on hold until payment has been received and confirmed. If payment is not received within 14 days I will cancel the order.

sales tax

Residents of Texas will be charged sales tax. The current rate is 8.25%.

shipping

All orders except custom jewelry design and redesign projects will be shipped within 3 days of payment confirmation. All orders will be shipped via UPS ground. In some special cases express shipping can be arranged. Please call 806.745.8738 to discuss this option.

Fees for shipping, handling, and packaging:
orders totaling $29.99 or less = $10
orders totaling $30.00 to $49.99 = $12
orders totaling $50.00 to $99.99 = $15
orders totaling $100.00 and up = $20

returns
returning non-damaged items
If items you ordered do not meet your expectations you may return them for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the original shipment date. You must inform me by phone or e-mail of a return before you ship it. All returned items must be in original, sellable condition.

returning damaged items
I am very careful to sell only well made, quality merchandise. If, however, something damaged slips by me you may return the item within 30 days of the original shipment date. You must inform me by phone or e-mail of a return before you ship it.

Damaged non jewelry items may be returned for replacement or refund of the purchase price.

Damaged jewelry may be returned with one of three options:
1. You may choose to have it repaired and returned free of charge,
2. You may receive a refund of the purchase price, or
3. You may choose a replacement item of similar value.

I am not responsible for damage to your order due to shipping. Please contact the shipping agent for information on filing a claim.However, I will be happy to work with you to repair shipping-damaged pieces. Please call me to discuss options.

to return any item, please do the following:
1. Inform me by e-mail at info@chameleonsoul.com or by phone at 806-745-8738 within one week of the receipt of your order of an intended return.
2. Carefully package the return item and a copy of the invoice noting the reason for the return, and your choice of repair, refund, or replacement (please indicate catalog number of replacement item you would like).
3. Ship the item with insurance to the address below. Remember, returned items must be received by me within 30 days of the original shipment date!

refunds
Refunds will be issued within 3 days of my receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued either through PayPal or by money order, depending on how you made your original payment. Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only.

replacements
In most cases, replacement items will be shipped within 3 days of my receipt of the returned item. In the case of replacement for a damaged item you will not be charged for shipping of the replacement item.

repairs
Repair of damaged items will be accomplished as quickly as possible after my receipt of the damaged item. Once I have determined the nature of the damage and what will be required to repair it I will contact you with an estimate of the time required.
